For Non-Pre-Order Items
Orders placed before 9 am will be processed on the same day.

Delivery lead time varies depending on your location within Thailand.Within Bangkok: 2 to 4 working days (excludes Public Holidays and weekends)
Outskirts of Bangkok: 3 to 5 working days (excludes Public Holidays and weekends)*
We do not deliver on Sundays and Public HolidaysOrders made on public holidays will be processed the following working day for next-day delivery.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date is displayed on the product listing page before you add the item to your cart.
Please note that pre-order items are fulfilled once they arrive, and we will process shipping out as soon as the item is available.

Do you charge for shipping?

We’re happy to offer complimentary shipping for all orders of ฿8,000 and above. For orders under ฿8,000, a flat shipping fee of ฿300 will apply.

Can I change my delivery address?

Absolutely! We’ll be happy to assist you. Please reach out to our Serving Happiness Team via LINE OA or phone to check if your order is eligible for a delivery address change.

We’ll do our very best to make the change before your order is on its way!

What do I do when I missed scheduled delivery?

If you miss your delivery, please reach out to our Serving Happiness Team via LINE OA or by calling +66 2 460 6712, and we’ll arrange a new delivery date with you. Please note that a ฿300 fee applies on the third redelivery attempt.

Self pick-up (Pre-purchase)

How do I choose self pick-up?

We currently do not offer self-pick-up; all orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.

How do I register for an item that I received as a gift?

You can register your product on our Product Registration page by entering the product details (model, serial number, etc.) along with your proof of purchase.

How do I track my warranty?

After registering your product, you’ll receive a confirmation email.The confirmation email serves as your warranty record.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.Still can’t find it? No worries! Our Serving Happiness Team is always happy to help. Just reach out via LINE OA, and we’ll make sure your warranty is properly recorded.

How do I get the additional 3 months warranty?

How do I claim my warranty?

When registering your product on our Product Registration page, you can opt in to our email newsletter to enjoy an additional 3 months of warranty.

Anycover

What is Anycover?

Anycover provides additional year(s) of warranty protection for your product, extending coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

You can choose 1, 2, or 3 years of extended protection during checkout for extra peace of mind.

Please note that the extended warranty must be purchased within 7 days of your product purchase with TC Acoustic.

Anycover is exclusively available for products purchased directly from the Sonos Thailand webstore and Sonos Store Thailand by TC Acoustic.

What does Anycover extended warranty cover?

Anycover gives you extra protection for your TC Acoustic product beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. It covers manufacturing defects, such as problems with sound quality, wireless connectivity, or other issues caused by faults in production.

Anycover does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage (for example, dropping your device or spilling liquid), misuse or improper handling, or repairs done by unauthorized parties.

If you’re ever unsure whether an issue is covered, our Serving Happiness Team is always happy to help.

Can I claim multiple times during the extended warranty period of Anycover?

Once a claim has been made under Anycover during the extended warranty period, the extended warranty will end, and no further claims can be made.

Can I buy Anycover Extended warranty if I buy my product from other online platforms?

Anycover extended warranty is exclusively available for products purchased directly from the Sonos Thailand webstore and Sonos Store by TC Acoustic.
